I wonder how old those walls are, and who built them...
Dave Carrington: This is a Byzantine fort that used to guard the port of Paphos on Cyprus, Larry. It was destroyed by a large earthquake & rebuilt around 1225.

To the right of it are some amazing Roman remains which have some of the best mosaics to be seen in Europe... it's also very bloody hot! smile
