Dave Carrington: Cheers, nev: the best tourist is a sinking tourist..:~wink
Wow - Very nice effect on this picture : Thumbs up !!
Dave Carrington: Thanks again Zebi!
That's enough pombashing from our ausie friend! Love the light and the thought behind the whole thing. I believe the quicksand is up Morcambe way...we can but hope though!!
Dave Carrington: You're right about Morecambe bay, yet these signs have appeared on Blackpool beach between central & south pier!? Could be to do with new sea-wall excavations.

Very good image, I like this. Mal
Dave Carrington: Thanks for the comment, mal.
Great one! I love the PProcessing wink
Dave Carrington: Thanks, Tomas. Glad you like the shot!
Hi Dave, I noticed the quicksand signs and thought it was a bit curious. But they have been doing some strange things where they are building the extension to the prom. I hope they have not upset the status quo, would be a bit embarrassing to start losing holiday makers whilst building sand castles! I love the way you have made a picture with an intriguing narrative out of virtually nothing.
Dave Carrington: Thanks, Alistair. Intelligent critique as always & much appreciated.
All that remains is for Status Quo to get sucked down into that sand: result!!
Lots of good shots in your archive. Very graphic. Vivid and warm colours too. Beautiful B&W. I love that.
Dave Carrington: Florence, thanks for taking time to look at my stuff: I'm glad you like it :~wink
