photoblog image Keep Out

Keep Out

These signs hang across steps leading down to the beach along the prom to deter people from going onto the beach at high tide. They also feature in many Blackpool photographers archives & I thought I'd give this one a different perspective today.

It's obviously the shadow of one of these signs, which I've rotated through 180 deg. & toned to mimic the actual colour of them.

Very derivative! Brilliant. "Oh to see things unlike how others see them" if that is not a paraphrase I claim it as my quotation!
Dave Carrington: Ta, La! I think you can lay claim to that utterance, O mersey bard, you! smile
Super image - and I have enjoyed looking through your archive of images.
Dave Carrington: Thanks, Michael. Glad you like this one & thank you for taking time to check out my archive: I really appreciate it!
