Old Louis was also into window design of course, not sure he would have claimed this one but makes for an interesting image.

The reflection reveals rather surprising degree of distortion in the window panes. One rather imagines this glass to be dead flat!
Dave Carrington: Thanks, Alistair. The glass does look flat until a reflection can be seen in it: can't explain why!?
Don't you just hate the fade effect. Drives me nuts.
Dave Carrington: Sounds like you need more steam...smile

Sh'lovely, especially that light in the windows.
Dave Carrington: Ta, Max!
OK so I had never heard of Louis, Googled him and I see what you are getting at. Regardless it's a great reflection.
Dave Carrington: You learn something new every day with Redshift!! smile

Beautiful image, really well captured & well exposed.
Dave Carrington: Hi, John. Glad you like it!
That's just lovely. The colors are so warm, and the reflection has interesting distortion to keep the eye intrigued.
Dave Carrington: Thank you, Red Pen. Glad you like it!
I like the warped feel of the reflection. What an excellent find - the buildings really work well together and the framing of the trees is almost too good to be true!
Dave Carrington: Hi, Jewlya. Took this in Charlotte NC: there are some great glass towers there!

Lovely....
Dave Carrington: Thank you, skooter!
Somehow I missed this one...lovely shot and great reflection.
Dave Carrington: Hi, Bernie. Glad you think so!
Beautiful prosaic shot. Tiffany done digitally perfectly. Don't find it surreal though.
Dave Carrington: Thanks, Jose. smile
