A fine shot. I'm drawn to three things in particular: the light at the horizon, the quality of the water, and the green on the fence.

Very nicely layered composition starting with the sand then a few layers of water and the layers of the sky.
I also like the movement of the near water moving away.

Just right, the soft movement of the water works a treat.
