Nodding donkeys ... so I'm nodding as well.

Just wondering though are these actually a variation of the dodding donkeys that I have seen used by the oil Industry?

Dave Carrington: Hi, Noddy! smile I think they are disused cranes on Bristol's now seemingly defunct dock.
But will they work again? Nice simple graphic image Dave.
Dave Carrington: They don't look as if they've been used in a while judging by their condition, Bill. Glad you like the shot!
Interesting?
Dave Carrington: I took this in Bristol on the old dock. There's also tons of choice graffiti( Banksy at that!) down these parts: you'd love it!
Interesting shapes from these constructions Dave, and you were so lucky they were all in the same position.
Dave Carrington: Thanks, Brian. I was lucky to get the angle as this was taken from a moving boat.
A little down time for them Dave, well spotted.
Dave Carrington: Hi, Les. I think the little down-time may be permanent: there's very little commercial activity on this dock, as far as I could tell.

Very rhythmic--I like it!
Dave Carrington: Thanks, Larry. you spotted what I did! I like the parallel lines I could see & obviously managed to capture them OK!
