photoblog image Adrift in the Ether

Adrift in the Ether

This is a genuine curiosity: recently, I shot a heap of stuff through the sunroof of a moving car as it was going dark & it's one of those fleeting, serendipitous moments only a camera can capture. I can't account for the shape in the bottom right, but the rest is cloud detail.

Anyway, it reminds me by turns of Turner, a detail from Bosch, or maybe one of those fake fairy shots from a century or so ago.

There is a bit of the Turner's about this. I rather like it!
Dave Carrington: Ta, Bill: Turner is the most obvious refence, I guess. I just like the spooky feel..smile
I can see a stormy Turner for sure. Serendipitous.
Dave Carrington: Stormy Turner: sounds like a Blues-Singer! smile
