So you do get away from the beach but obviously not from the water. Good retro feel ... I guess straight black and white would look good as well.
Dave Carrington: This is somewhere between Bath & Bradford on Avon, Richard, so no beach for miles!

Did do a straight B/W conversion, but I prefered this treatment.
Love the soft sepia Dave. Very much the sort of picture I likesmile
Dave Carrington: Thanks, Bill!
You got bleeding shadows, very luvly.
Dave Carrington: So long as bleeding Cliff Richard isn't with '

Dave Carrington: I guess you have to come back down to Earth at some point, Tim! smile

Love the treatment you have given this one. I had a great summer holiday in a narrowboat this year and was thinking how good it would be in the winter too. It had a little woodburning stove and was very cosy. This picture makes me think of borrowing it again soon
Dave Carrington: Glad it brought back some good cosy memories smile I have a mate who lives on a narrowboat & he swears by it!

lovely processing, I love the soft grainyness.
Dave Carrington: Thanks, Padraig. A bit of a change for me(!), but I could get used to it smile
Nice shot. At first I though it was a train but it clearly series of boats smile
Dave Carrington: Thanks, Paul. Yes, they are narrowboats moored along a canal.

Love it. I had no clue about what that thing was until someone mentioned boats. Now I'm guessing it's a canal or something. I love photos that make me wonder.
Dave Carrington: That's exactly what it is, Dustin: narrowboats moored along a canal! smile
