Very abstract... I can see this one fitting in at a modern art gallery when printed on a large canvas.
Dave Carrington: Thank you, Duane! smile

Very striking image... an echo of 9/11?
Dave Carrington: Well, yes, I guess it was in my mind when I posted this one, Larry. It's an emotive subject for many & one which we're all very much aware of. I Saw 9/11 unfold on the BBC as it happened & it's still indelible chain of events for me.
So it's not just me who thinks this work deserves to be on a wall! I particularly like this one.
Dave Carrington: Wotcha, Al! Hope the degree work is going well? Can't wait to see it..! smile

Perfectly composed and perfectly simple. I like the way the tops and bottoms of the poles disappear into the mist.

ah, really liking this one...
Dave Carrington: Ta, Sam smile
These are gorgeously minimal. You really are blurring between photography and what you might expect in a modern painting.
Dave Carrington: Exactly my intention, Nig! smile

That's what I was going to say...it would look beautiful as an enormous print. I don't care for most 9/11 art, but I do like this one. Ghostly.
Dave Carrington: I have to say I've never seen any art with 9/11 as a subject: it's not something I've given any thought to if I'm honest! This does have a 9/11 feel, but it wasn't really planned as such: it just happened..!
This is fantastic. As Nigel says it could easily be taken as a painting. Enjoying your whole archive-great stuff.
Dave Carrington: Hi, Edward. Glad you found something to your liking & thanks for taking time to trawl through my work! smile
